DESCREPTION: Deep- frozen strawberries with stalks IQF are made from whole, fresh, healthy fruits without any impurities, without damaged or blamished fruits.Stolks are not remove.
The product is individually quick frozen, without ice, typical taste and flavour and typical colour.
SORT: Marmolada
GENERAL QUALITY: Product doesn’t contain additives color, sugar nor any preservaties.

TASTE/SMELL: Typical for frozen strawberries.
BRIX: 7-11% (measured at tem.20C)

QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT (sample 1000g):

• stalks/calyx attached to the fruit: 97%/1000 g
• block frozen fruits: 0,2 %
• damaged fruits: 10g
• overripe <2%
• not quite coloured <0,5%

Crops was grown under GAP. The amount of pesticides and heavy metals does not exceed the permissible norms.

• E. Coli < 10 cfu/gr
• mold and yeast <2,000 cfu/gr
• Salmonella: absence in 25gr

Freezing process is carried out using proper machinery in short time. Quick freezing process is complete when the core of the fruit is at temperature of -18 degrees or less.

Frozen fruits after defrost conform to the follow descreption: clean without any impurities, colour and taste are typical for the frozen fruit. Strawberries do not contain other taste or flavour.

TEMPERATURE FOR STORAGE AND DELIVERY: -18 C

PACKING: 25 kg paper bag or accoring to customer specification and request.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months at the temperature of -18 C or less.
