DESCREPTION: Deep- frozen mirabelle stoning IQF are made from whole, fresh, healthy fruits without any impurities, without damaged or blamished fruits.Stone are removed mechanically.
The product is individually quick frozen, without ice, it let keep typical taste and flavour and colour.

QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT (sample 1000g):

• foregin matter (stones wood glass soil metal ect.): nil
• stones/part of stone: <0,1%
• block frozen fruits: <0,2 %
• damaged fruits: <0,1%
• unripe fruit <0,5%

Crops was grown under GAP. The amount of pesticides and heavy metals does not exceed the permissible norms.

Freezing process is carried out using proper machinery in short time. Quick freezing process is complete when the core of the fruit is at temperature of -18 degrees or less.

Frozen fruits after defrost conform to the follow descreption: clean without any impurities, colour and taste are typical for the frozen fruit. Mirabelle do not contain other taste or flavour.

TEMPERATURE FOR STORAGE AND DELIVERY: -18 C

PACKING: 10 kg cardboard or accoring to customer specification and request.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months at the temperature of -18 C or less.
